What Is Intervention?
Intervention is for the young men who are already in crisis — caught up in gangs, facing charges, or trapped in destructive cycles. Our intervention program meets boys where they are, without judgment, and walks alongside them as they fight their way back. We partner with courts, schools, and families to provide the intensive support these young men need to turn their lives around.
Crisis Response & Support
Immediate, compassionate response when a young man is at his lowest point — before the system swallows him whole.
One-on-One Mentoring
Intensive, individualized mentoring relationships that provide stability, accountability, and genuine care.
Reentry & Diversion Services
We work with courts and juvenile justice systems to divert young men from incarceration and support successful reentry.
Family Engagement
We don't just work with the boy — we work with his family to rebuild trust, communication, and a healthy home environment.
Workforce Readiness
Job training, resume building, and employer connections to give young men a legitimate path forward.
Trauma-Informed Care
Our mentors are trained to recognize and respond to trauma, meeting each young man with patience and understanding.
