Why We Exist
Next Level Boys Academy and Empowerment Center exists to interrupt the pipeline from at-risk youth to incarceration. We believe every young man deserves a positive male presence, structured guidance, and a community that refuses to give up on him. Through prevention, intervention, and the power of mentorship, we are changing trajectories — one young man at a time.

17+ Years of Impact
Founded in 2009, Next Level Boys Academy began with a simple but powerful conviction: that the right mentor at the right moment can change the entire course of a young man's life.
What started as a grassroots effort in the Atlanta metro area has grown into a full-scale mentorship and empowerment organization — one that has mentored over 3,000 males, diverted more than 100 years of prison time per week, and logged over 160 mentoring hours every month.
Our work spans two core programs: Prevention, which reaches boys ages 5–10 before they reach a crossroads, and Intervention, which walks alongside young men already navigating the juvenile justice system. In both spaces, we show up with consistency, accountability, and love.
